This company is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I had a diffuser go bad and they told me it was 5 to 7 days to schedule a tech call. I have called several times and it is a nightmare. When I called again today and got a hold of them i asked to cancel my subscription and end all dealing with the company they then said they would ship out a new diffuser. I declined and want NOTHING to do with this company again. I bought 2 gift cards and you can't use them on any products I tried. Save money and never use this company.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.... As you will see in the reviews most people are stating that this company is a scam and they are a hundred percent correct! If you're even lucky enough to get someone on the line it's a joke.They transfer you to each other.You end up on the line for well over an hour and a half only to be hung up on at the end. They do not stand by their product And when they send you a faulty product they tell nothing they can do And we'll make up some ridiculous statement about a warranty. I will save you the aggravation.There really is no warranty because it's all made up anyway. It is rather unfortunate because the product does smell wonderful But I will find another company with a better product And I hope you do the same

Beware of this company! Once you sign up for the subscription, it’s nearly impossible to get out. I tried canceling my cc and this shady company was able to access the new cc number (read the fine print). The only method of canceling subscription was to place a stop order on my credit card.

Terrible product and service. Diffuser appeared to be of good quality, but stopped dispensing scent after only 3 weeks. Trying to get customer service to help is difficult, time consuming, and problem will not be resolved. I ended up tossing the diffuser in the trash. Almost $200 wasted.

I've tried for several months to cancel my subscription with no success. I purchased 2 of their tower diffusers and both are leaking oil thus damaged my furniture. After 3 months of sporadic use they stopped working. I was told by their customer service rep that although the remote timer can be set for 8 hours, the diffuser should not be ran for more than 4 hours max (which blew the motor in both diffusers). This is an expensive piece of crap and customer service is the worst!!! Save your time AND money!!!

Purchased every diffuser they sold ranging from large to the mini. Have Several of them as I own retail stores. I also bought them for my home. Each one of them had a defect but they were not only hard to reach, when I did connect with someone they were not interested in helping fix the issues. The customer service is non-existent and probably the worst experience I have ever had. They want your money but they will not support you if their product is faulty (which was my problem) . I also had purchased several Mini diffusers as well (the cylinder tall one) and they changed their mechanism so you can't refill your bottle. You are forced to only use their oils now. Overall product quality, customer service is a ZERO so please don't waste your money. There are lots of brands out there that do the exact same thing. Do your research because it is far too expensive to have them not work.

My experience with this company has been a total nightmare. The customer service is atrocious—constantly transferring me between departments with no real help or resolution. Each new representative just redirects me, and despite numerous promises, I never received the follow-up call from a concierge lead. After five months of persistent issues, I’m no closer to a solution. I’m about to spend nearly $6,000 on a Museum360 unit, yet the scent is barely noticeable in our home, even though it's meant for much larger spaces. This has been the worst investment I’ve ever made. The scents may be pleasant, but the delivery system is a complete failure. I urge everyone to avoid this service and think carefully before purchasing.

An absolute scam! Signed up for the VIP CONCIERGE PLAN- never received products Lies from the customer service call center were constant. STAY AWAY from this plan!!
