I love having fresh pieces in my closet for upcoming events- without having to spend a ton of time shopping and clogging up my closet! The reviews from others really help me find pieces and sizes that will work for me

The clothes are great. There are a lot of great styles that look nice at work. The prices are pretty high and I can often buy the pieces new for the same price online. My biggest complaint though is the user interface for searching for clothes and exchanging packets is not intuitive.

Thanks for your feedback! We've worked hard to keep our prices consistent for the past 3 years, while many of our competitors have raised prices to keep up with rising costs. However, we realize our current offerings don't work for everyone and are always looking for ways to make the service valuable for more members. I'll share this feedback with our team.

Enjoying the quality and variety of clothing. Easy to search and select clothing by type and/or season. Watch carefully the sizes and how they fit as described by members. It is helpful to have that input. Recommended to a friend and she loves her clothing too!

I have discovered some new brands that Iove. However, overall I've had a hard time finding much that was available that I liked in my size - and then most of it doesn't end up fitting. So I'm done after 3 months. It was interesting to try it though.

I’ve tried a couple other clothing rental companies, and I think this is my favorite. It has more business attire, which I need and appreciate but I think the casual styles are lacking. It’s also very unclear how the return process works and customer service is slow to respond.

After a rough start, I was connected with a manager who helped me work through my issues and genuinely really cared about my experience. I’m not sure the platform is ideal for my needs but very impressed with management and handling of my lack of technology. Thank you

Ease of access and the shopping experience is amazing. The items provided are sub-par. Not as stylish as I would hope.

Most garments received were extremely worn. I'm going to give either rent the runway way or nuuly a try.

We're sorry to hear you didn't have a great experience with Armoire, and greatly appreciate your helpful feedback. While we have a stringent quality process to prevent damaged items getting to our members, rarely damaged items slip through. We will share your feedback with our operations team so that they can use it to improve their processes.
