Save your money. Invest in something else! Ark7 will bribe you to remove a bad review, gaslight you if you call them out on their bait and switch “deals” or “deposit $800 and get $80”, oh no we meant you have to invest the $800. Then you try to invest it, and deals take so long to process that “you didn’t complete the orders in time to get the bonus”. What horrible company!!!

Ark7 offers some nice properties. Suggestion for future, would be to offer more properties in urban northeast ares, northwest areas, and north mid areas.
