Investing through ARK7 has been a tremendous experience. They have been transparent and attentive to even the smallest investors out there and are a great way to diversify your portfolio. Returns have been very healthy and I was excited to take part in and invest in their Real Estate properties.

I've been investing with Ark7 for the past year or so on 2 different multifamily deals. They've paid out the agreed upon dividends on time each month and the platform is easy to use. Looking forward to reviewing future multifamily deals on the platform!

Tiansong
A good platform but lacks transparency Some of the houses that we purchased received dividends much less than the expected one, while some good houses that would give us good return will be sold very fast. I understand there are a couple of unexpected costs, but I still believe there are some information that we don't know, and there is no easy way to know it.

Hi Tiansong, thanks for taking the time to share your review and bringing your concern to our attention. Our team is working on a project called “Transparency+” and it will be released soon. This new feature enables investors to have full access to each property’s operating financial details. We strive to ensure that all investors have a smooth and enjoyable experience, and our team is working hard to make it happen. Please don’t hesitate to email [email protected] or call 415-409-8441 if you have further feedback. - Yudy @ Ark7 Investor Relations
