The transaction will proceed only when a seller agrees to your bid, which may involve waiting or adjusting the bid to match the ask price. - Match and Settling: Match: This is the process where a buyer’s bid aligns with a seller’s ask price, creating an agreement to trade. Settling: After a match occurs, the funds and shares are transferred to finalize the transaction. This process officially transfers ownership of shares to the buyer. - Signature Process in the Purchase Agreement: We understand the signing process might be a bit unclear.
