Great overall experience
I joined Ark7 about half a year ago, looking to diversify my real estate crowdfunding investments while maintaining stable returns. The platform is very easy to navigate and there are always available investments to choose from. Above all, however, is the really excellent and personable customer service, that I rarely encountered on other funding platforms. I am looking forward to my future experience with Ark7.

Peace of mind positive income in three sides
When I tried diversify my investments I look for sustainable cash distribution Immediately and tax benefit. Ark7 satisfied this sector with depreciation on tax return, future appreciation on assets, and distribution reinvestment monthly. This is a win-win situation especially the younger generation can build assets faster on compound per month while mature generation don’t need a wait time. You get your distribution the next beginning of the month invested. Gain not only as well as possible tax lower to next level. The key point is almost zero attention. The peace of mind is very important to me, with Ark7’s efforts I win at buying point -The very important beginning! The monthly cash flow. Then the freedom of choices. I highly recommend Ark7 if you have same thoughts like me. Run some numbers since all information are public on its website. Verify them by your research on counties appraisal websites.
