Hi Pieter, thanks for your time to share the feedback with us. Yes, what you see from South Africa is illegal and a scam. Ark7 is providing services to residents in the United States ONLY and our investor app, which you can download through https://ark7.com/app, is the exclusive platform for investing. If you, or any other individual, are being solicited for fund transfers overseas under the name of Ark7, it is essential to be aware that this is not a legitimate request and is certainly not aligned with our business operations. Please don't hesitate to let us know your further concerns. -Ark7 Support
