I have been using Ark7 for about a month. I have found this platform to be very user friendly and it gives a fractional realty investor an opportunity to own a piece of great real estate / properties in heavily desired locations. I have purchased a lot of shares in the secondary market which is an awesome feature. I would like to see more new properties with shares for sale - these are pretty limited. I would also like to know more about the long-term sale strategy for each property which will aid in capturing the total return picture (like Arrived does). Overall, I have had a great experience using the Ark7 platform and intend to invest in more prime properties with higher dividend income coupled with long-term growth potential.
