I'm a newbie to real estate investments. Ark7 is easy to use and does a good job of introducing investors to the process. They are transparent regarding which investment properties are available, and what their current rates of return are.

The concept is exactly what I’m looking for but the return is too low to warrant any serious investment. Ex. $117 invested with $.19 monthly dividend.

I bought a few shares as a test trial and came across some questions regarding dividends. The support team was able to give me very on point answers and even provided the calculations in order to clarify the confusion and most importantly build trust. Great system!
