Links to videos on YouTube should be updated. Only one video was able to be accessed/viewed due to the fact that the videos were no longer available. Timers on each slide to be proportioned to the amount of information on the slide. Some slides only one or 2 sentences and did not need 1 minute and 45 seconds to read through.

This course was presented very well and user friendly. It allowed you to work at your own pace and not worry about a time limit. Also, the fact that it saved your work after every course completion was beneficial. I would highly recommend this NiSE to all my friends.

I was very pleased with this course. It's well presented and very convenient the way the testing is programed. Their customer service is great unfortunately I didnt pick up on the name for the lady that helped me. I highly recommend NISE

Waited for 2 hours, after payment for "support staff", finally called on the phone. Meg Villarose lied that e-mail was sent to me, and tried to cover up for Maria Rebolledo. Are these employees teens, working for home, or what? PS. No video in your online class worked, some questions are duplicate and some totally missed.
