Thank you for the 5-star review Maria. I look forward to future business with you. --David
Stephen
Excellent! The beads arrived quickly and very nicely packaged and labeled. As it turns out, the beads I ordered were not going to function for the original purpose I intended. David, the owner, was apologetic -- even though it was not his fault at all. He shared some information with me about the magnetic beads, which demonstrated a real expertise in the product. Point: you may want to consult with David first before you order. As it turns out, I used the beads for something a little different than originally intended, and they are great! In the correspondence with David, he also made some other suggestions for types of "beads" or "magnets" which would likely work better for the purpose I originally intended. This free advice after our business was essentially complete was very much appreciated and let me know I was working with a good company and a good owner.

Thank you Stephen for such a glowing 5-star review. My goal is to help people....whether I'm selling beads or not....just help people. It is nice to know that it gets noticed sometimes. Thank you for the kind words, and I hope to her from you again soon. --David

This company filled my order and shipped it in a timely manner. The only thing they might do differently is let you know when your order is shipping, or filled, or something. I wasn't sure what was happening for days, as this was a first time order. A little more info would help, especially with new accounts.

Cynthia thank you for the good review. And thank you for your advice on how to improve our service to make the customer more aware of what is happening at all times. Normally, the order is filled and shipped so quickly that we wouldn't even need to send an e-mail...however, on occasions such as yours, where the order is placed on a Friday night, not to be shipped until the following Monday, I should send confirmation of what's happening. So, thank you for a great suggestion. --David

I've been shopping at Arizona Beads for over 10 years! I love their products! However, a couple of years ago after researching many suppliers, I thought I'd found a better deal! What a mistake! I can't find a more honest company who truly cares about its customer and providing high quality products at really decent prices. I'll never switch again.

Heather
I rated the website and now I am rating the product/company....the beads I ordered were exactly as pictured and good quality for the price. The items I ordered arrived more quickly than I expected. In addition, they have many hard to find items. This company is great for the amateur or the connoisseur and I will happily order from them again!

Anna
For the price I paid for 500 grams of glass bead mix was outrageous. Then I went through the 500 grams of beads, even more disappointed. Thank you for being on time. Anna Rivas

Hi Anna, I'm sorry you are so disappointed. You are encouraged to return the beads for a full refund on the beads. If you are that dissatisfied, you shouldn't keep them. --David
