Great customer service!
Great customer service!! First time customer and they still called me personally to let me know there was a cost savings option available if I wanted to change my order. Can't ask for more than that!! Fast shipping and quality items. I will be ordering again!!

The products are wonderful. Checkout is a bummer
The products are wonderful. Packaging was very nice. Very excited about the products I purchased. The downside is checkout. Not an organic flow to the checkout process (addresses, credit card number, etc). The process was so foreign that I found myself worrying that I did something incorrect, which led to more worry that my shipment may be delayed, and that I may end up speaking to someone to clear things up. That did not happen. Great products, but checkout definitely needs improvement.

Thomas, thank you for the good review....and for the critique. I'm sorry that the checkout was confusing. I am currently working on an entirely new site that should make things a lot easier overall.
