Very quick service. The only reason I give them 3 stars is I thought the shipping was a bit much. I ordered 12 - 8 mm mag lok clasps that came in a bead tube. The shipping was $9+ dollars. A little much I thought.

Hi Marsha, I'm sorry that you were unhappy... and I do understand. I would like to offer you free shipping toward your next order (this way, it cuts the cost down to half between the two orders.) Also, perhaps in the future (if I'm lucky enough to get your business) I can ship to you using 1st Class Mail, which is always cheaper. And, someday...maybe, I'll be worthy of a better review. --David

I like there beads very good quality, but shipping was took long. If you are patients then it worth go for it.

I thought the bead magnetics would be strong enough to hold together without string. As for beads they are pretty and I will string together to make a set for my wife but kind of a let down. Fast shipping.

I received the item quickly and was happy with the item. However I do not understand your postage policy. I saw a total but next to it was stated that I would not be charged that amount. What does this mean? I think your practice is deceptive and misleading.
