SAP AribaReviews of ariba.com

From a contractor point of view, Ariba is one of the worst platforms for online proposal submission. Is is clunky, itrequires a maze of steps just to get to the proposals section, then, after sending a one time code to enter, the system has to send an additional link to where you are supposed to get documents and upload the proposal requiring a wait of "up to an hour." Then, since the link never comes, we have to call a number

This is the most complicated system ever; you can't get help for anything unless you "upgrade," and that won't happen, as a supplier of a company that only uses it to pay its suppliers like me, it's like being a hamster on a wheel. total madness. Dear God, why? And all I want to do is change my bank details so I can get paid.

Whoever built this should be hung, drawn and quartered! It is terrible! I have a customer that wants to buy from me. I want to sell to them. We are all good except this crappy portal won't let me onboard, and their support has left my country!! This is -100/10.

One of the worst portals I've used Why are companies even using this? Just like all other reviews, minimal support. The clients struggle to get the right people in and when they do we need to create more and more emails as existing ones don't seem to work. When we do get it we can't see the specific job or event so the client has to go back and forth to try and figure more things out. Our most recent issue is that the client has created 2 separate events but the events are titled the same thing which they can't even change after creating the event. The number of jobs that have been declined because of using this portal is starting to increase.

This is a dreadful website and impossible to work with. My heart sinks when a customer uses it. I have even once managed to get a member of their customer service team to speak to me (usually impossible) who admitted that it was terrible. Often it just hangs and moves very slowly or crashes completely. It needs to die a death.

Couldn't pay me to use this again. Horrible, unintiuative and outright dishonest on the customer service side. Support staff are non existent. If you are a supplier, THIS WILL HURT YOUR BUSINESS IF YOU USE IT. Payments/invoices WILL BE DELAYED.

This whole system is a total scam... You are made to believe to be signing up to a free to use system after your customer invites you to create an account. Nowhere in the process are you being told you will get charged, only a small reference to fees is made in the T&C but even there is not made clear. This is highly illegal in Europe! Still when you complain about it you get answers from what seem to be complete retards who will spam you with all sorts of non-relevant documents in order to try to convince you to pay. Those people refuse to give any normal answers to your questions. My advise: refuse to pay regardless of how much they threaten you, they will not take the case to court anyway as not only the amounts are too small but also they know very well their methods do not meet the legal requirements.
