Now I know what the people in Hell are doing.

From a vendor perspective, this platform is inefficient and ineffective. It is unclear why the customer chose this system, as the invoice processing requires excessive time and unnecessary steps.

If I could I wouldn't even give it 1 star. It's a nightmare for the vendors. Customer support is basically non existent. The platform is overcomplicated, extremely slow and not useful at all. Not to mention it's not possible to de basic administrative tasks like reissuing a or transferring documents from one account to an other in case of need.

If a company wishes to use this system add 15% to your invoice to allow for the amount of administration time involved. One of the worst system we have worked with

if you want to maintain your sanity dont bother, this platform will end your existence, it will drag you into the pits of hell itself . Whoever uses this as their main platform is nothing more than a sadist. Update they wont take a call nor is there a number to call them , they only want to do things by live chat or email and wont do things via teams/Gmeet, which is impossible when you have other people that need to be involved.

its just so very dreadful and there's not much more to say than that.

I don't understand why any company wants to use this "software". It's a nightmare for vendors. Absolutely not user friendly and such a waste of time. Hours and Hours of time that could be saved if companies didn't use this "software". Everyone needs to use Ramp, the only acceptable software for accounts payables teams.

I can't believe that Ariba is consider a "software" company. Every time a vendor asks us to use the system, we have to turn down their business. It is very poorly designed and their help desk is useless, if you can ever get in touch with them. We seem to have issues whenever we try to add a customer to our Supplier account.
