While the company has a great selection of higher end home furnishings, the service and support I’ve received on an online order has been abysmal. I returned 2 table lamps via UPS over a month ago. After several calls and emails with customer support I still do not have a credit for the return. Will take my business elsewhere in the future.

Arhaus, how does your business manage to stay open?
I am writing as a loyal Arhaus customer who has appreciated the prompt service and responses in the past, despite experiencing delivery issues on four previous occasions. I continued to choose Arhaus due to the commitment to customer care. Unfortunately, my recent experience with a large order totaling $10,000 has been disappointing.
On July 5th, I ordered the Felton coffee table, and on September 1st, I added dining chairs and a bench. When I placed these orders through sales consultant Peter West, I was informed that all items were in stock. During a follow-up call, Carter Harbert assured me that delivery would occur in early November. However, I recently learned that the delivery would be delayed, meaning I will not receive my furniture in time for Thanksgiving and the holidays. After patiently waiting for months, it is frustrating to find that the items I was promised will not arrive on schedule.
When I contacted customer service, I felt dismissed and was simply advised to wait, which was disappointing considering the significant investment I’ve made in Arhaus furniture. Furthermore, when I inquired about the possibility of canceling the order, I was told by Carol Krebs and Olivia Bucolt that nothing could be done. However, just 10 minutes later, I was surprised to discover that the order had been canceled without any notification, explanation, or confirmation. This lack of communication, especially after waiting 3–4 months, was both unexpected and upsetting.
On November 8th, I called to have my canceled order reinstated. I was informed that not only would I need to pay the new, higher price, but I would also face an extended wait time for delivery. At this point, I am deeply disappointed, as I’ve been unable to find anyone willing to help resolve this situation. The lack of support and communication has made it difficult for me to enjoy even the existing Arhaus furniture in my home.
Thank you, Arhaus, for such an awful experience and for ruining my holiday dinner plans. Now I have to send a cancellation invite to all my guests because my dining chairs are nowhere to be found, and my family will probably end up sitting on the floor this holiday. Thanks to you, Arhaus, my whole family is disappointed in me because they told me multiple times not to buy anything from your store—but I didn’t listen. Now I'm so embarrass and ashamed to face my family.

We ordered the Jacob Dining Table
We ordered the Jacob Dining Table. It was in stock according to the site and delivered within a reasonable time. Unfortunately, after that the problems started. We received the tabletop but the wrong base. Now we can't get a new base and no one seems to be able to help us. We have called every customer service line and used the online chat system with no success. We have spent hours on hold. Today, after 3 weeks of trying, I was finally told that we could expect a new base to be in stock at the earliest within 6 weeks. After 6 weeks they may have an estimate for delivery. Where is my missing base? Also, since the tabletop has no holes, we asked how the base connects to the top - since I am now worried about this table structurally - no one can tell me. Never, ever again. I am off to Design within Reach.

terrible customer service and rude
I bought a lot of furniture here...they gave me a zero percent interest and when I made my final payment they said it was 14 days past the deadline for zero interest and charged me 6k in past interest. no notification or grace period. not late ever on a payment but saying I needed to pay off 2 weeks earlier to avoid all interest.. the rep was rude and told me I should read before agreeing. I never received any literature the worst customer service ever in my life..filing a complaint with BBB and Attorney General

271 reviews, less than 2 stars
271 reviews, with an average of less than 2 stars. That sums up what you will get with your Arhaus experience.
Ordered a piece of furniture to match some other Arhaus furniture we already had. When they delivered, it was a much different piece, as they changed the style, but used the same name. They wanted $900 to return the item, so we initiated a chargeback after the fact. We won the chargeback with the CC company, and now they are sending us invoices and threatening to send to a collection agency.
Read the other reviews-this is par for the course with Arhaus. STEER CLEAR.

No Accountability
Ordered a patio set from Arhaus. The delivery experience was horrid - they never were able to get the pieces to our patio (we did it ourselves) and they literally tore an unreplaceable piece of art. They refunded a small sum. I thought this was the end of a bad experience. Now the pieces they sold me are delaminating and they point me to their warranty exclusions. Think long and hard when you shop with these guys.

Worst customer service and Finnly…
Worst customer service and Finnly Dining Table quality. We purchased 84 inches finnly dining table and in 3 days we had lemon drops that we can’t get rid of. Now tell me which cuisine doesn’t have lemon to their dishes and dining table can’t take lemon stains😡. I have been in conversation with them for past 4 months and still no answer. They said when we left dining table there was no stain :). Ofcourse Bcas we didn’t use it. Horrible service even after paying thousands of dollars just for a table. I hope I get my money back or new table.

Poor Customer Service
I visited your Westheimer location in search of a sectional. After a call with a salesperson and an email exchange with your interior designer, I provided details and was assured I would receive a text confirming my appointment to meet with the designer at the store. Unfortunately, neither the salesperson nor the designer followed up as promised.
If your policy is to prioritize customers based on their spending potential, please communicate that clearly and avoid making commitments you cannot fulfill to potential customers. Consequently, I will be taking my business, totaling $13,000, to another store that values customer respect and follow-through.
I am deeply disappointed with this experience and will not consider purchasing anything from your store in the future. I will also share my experience with others I come into contact with.
