Definitely a company to stay far away from. the first delivery arrives with a broken couch. Then they claim they work professionally, but the second delivery is even worse. An absolute disaster. They present themselves as professional, but they operate in a completely unprofessional manner. Customer services terrible.

🔥 Don't buy any of their furniture, they don't stand behind their warranties! I purchased OUTDOOR tables, and below is the result. They wouldn't cover this under their Lifetime Warranty on aluminum tables.

The Arhaus supply chain and logistics are laughable. This company is priced as high as restoration hardware, but seems to maintain little to no inventory. You will wait months to get a shipment email that looks like it was written by a mom and pop shop with yellow highlights all over it. Just when you think the wait is finally over, you’ll wait another 30 days for delivery. Secondly, The website reflects a discount when you scroll and then when you click on the item, it returns to full price. This doesn’t change when the item is in your cart and it’s easy to miss and overpay. Lastly, most of their furniture and nearly all their lighting can be found on other sites and is priced 50% less. My advice: TAKE A RISK. RUN A REAL BUSINESS. MAINTAIN INVENTORY. HIRE A COMPETENT UX TEAM.

I purchased a quilt from Arhaus and it was discolored on one side. The front did not match the back. Arhaus insisted that they had to charge me for a new quilt until they got the defective one back. Note, I sent pictures and they acknowledged it was discolored. So now after sending me a defective product they want me to lug 106” x 106” quilt to UPS, pack it up and send it back to them! Unbelievable.

I applied for a remote online job. A lady from Arhaus contacted me on whatsapp to offer me a position in ‘leaving positive ratings ‘on their work platform. Essentially Arhaus wants me to leave reviews on their products which i have not seen or used to ‘increase their exposure’ in their words. The amount they were offering for each job was tempting but i turned the application down because i did not feel comfortable leaving reviews on products i have not tested, as i believe it to be misleading if the products aren’t of good quality. Be aware that the positive ratings you may see on their website are not all genuine as they’re hiring people to leave these ratings.

My husband gifted me the Morning Star Moonstone Ring as an anniversary gift. I loved the look at first, but it didn't take long for the gold coloring to turn an awful tarnished gray. I can no longer wear it, as it looks cheap and dingy. I would expect a lot more from a ring that we spent almost $300 for. That is the last time I will buy jewelry from them, much less anything else. Buyer beware!

I have never in 70 years had worst customer service than I have at Arhaus. And I'm in customer service. Between issues getting money refunded that I paid and then cancelled before delivery and the lack of communication between Arhaus, the delivery people and my husband and me, it is just the worst ever. I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering anything from Arhaus! And my issues have yet to be resolved since 12/15/2025.

I bought a sectional in 2021. I was told I could wash cushion covers. Well you really can't. Mine have fallen apart. I spent $8000!!! On performance fabric I guess you can't wash. I went to the store they were so damn rude to me. Pretty much told me I was stupid. Now I am out of $8000 for a sofa only 5 years old. I have numerous issues with the cushions as well. They've been replaced also. WHAT A JOKE DON'T SHOP AT ARHAUS. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. PRODUCTS ARE HORRIBLE.
