I order furniture in February the sales person told me six weeks. At this point I have still have missing pieces. Every time I call I get a different answer. I have a couch that is not made right took pics person came out want to change the seat coushins. When they called I told them Iwanted my money back. Two people called I told them the same thing and I am still waiting for a call back to see when they are picking up my couch. It took 3 months for the couch. Nothing has gone smoothly every time I call they say they have to talk to some one else. Worst customer service ever. I will never deal ill with or use them again.

If I could give a zero, I would. Ordered pillows in January. $700 total. They charged me immediately, but never shipped. I checked in in April (almost forgot I ordered them, and never one update from Arhaus on them). I spoke to 4 different customer service reps over 6 months, and no one could give me the correct delivery date. They did not care. I finally spoke to a supervisor (who was just as bad as the others), and she offered a minimal refund, which could only be given when delivered. I finally got the pillows 7 months later, and still no refund. I have wasted so much time and energy on these silly pillows, and Arhaus could not care less about helping me. We order from Restoration Hardware all the time, and their quality and customer service is leaps and bounds above Arhaus. Will never buy from them again. Terrible quality and a total joke.

Do not buy the Malone dressers and night stand at Arhaus. I have furnished two homes with Arhaus but this furtive is absolute junk. Mine is over a year old and tops are flaking off despite use of doilies, covers. Arhaus does not stand behind this and will tell you to hire a furniture technician to repair it after you spend upwards of $10,000 for 2 dressers and a nightstand.

Horrible service. I wrote asking for repair ideas about a mark we found on our dining table. I acknowledged that we hadn't noticed it upon delivery and we weren't expecting coverage. They then had me spend two days sending photos and videos because they said they might cover it. And then they sent me a message saying they wouldn't cover it due to how long it had been since purchase. Completely unnecessary calls emails photos and videos going back and forth. Why get our hopes up when the final answer was known from the outset and was even what I actually expected?! Following dumb processes and wasting customer's time: and they lost a repeat high revenue customer over it. Stay away from them.

Recently we purchased a made to order sofa bed. the fine print says that if it didn't fit in the house, we'd have a 50% restocking charge. that being said, the sales person did not review that "50%" with me verbally. though i did sign the document. when the product didn't fit, i asked for an accommodation of some type--i never said what specifically, having spent tens of thousands of dollars in that store. did they have to do something for me? no, clearly not. they didn't HAVE to. should they have given me some relief in either a reduced restocking fee, or additional store credit? i think so, given the amount i have spent recently and that the sales person, in my opinion should have been more verbally direct about the restocking fee. i believe customer satisfaction with the products and the processes should be taken into account when dealing with people who have spent a lot of hard earned money at that business. I have a choice of where i shop and i won't go back to Arhaus, as they demonstrate that their mission statement is "caveat emptor" or "buyer beware"... not "we want to make sure you are happy with the customer experience". again-- my bad, but some accommodation would have gone a long way. "0 Stars" for you Arhaus. great furniture. very bad customer service.

We purchased a bed frame from Arhaus and waited approximately 10 weeks for delivery. Unfortunately, our experience from that point forward was very disappointing. When the bed frame arrived, it had visible dirty marks and stains on it. During the delivery, one of the delivery personnel became argumentative and aggressive when my wife pointed out the issues. Interestingly, once I arrived and became involved in the conversation, his attitude changed significantly. After contacting Arhaus, they eventually sent an assessor to inspect the bed frame. During the inspection, the assessor acknowledged that the lighting in the room was not ideal and stated that he could not clearly determine whether the marks were dirt or another issue. Based on his assessment, he indicated that he would recommend replacing the bed frame. However, when Arhaus later contacted us, we were told that the assessor reported the bed frame was fine and that he did not see any issues. This directly contradicted what was communicated to us during the inspection. For a premium furniture company with premium pricing, we expected much better customer service, quality control, and follow-through. The lengthy wait time, poor delivery experience, and inconsistent handling of our claim left us frustrated and disappointed.

I have purchased almost all of my home furniture from Arhaus. I have experienced issues with several products over time, and to your credit, those items were replaced, which I appreciated. However, after experiencing repeated problems with a sectional I purchased, I was offered an exchange. Even though it was not in my budget, I agreed to the exchange and paid a significant additional amount for a different sectional. For months now, Arhaus has been unable to complete the delivery. I continuously receive emails stating that my order is ready for delivery, but those notifications only apply to a single piece. I have had countless phone calls and email exchanges, yet none of them have resolved the issue. The delivery timeframe that was promised to me has long passed, and I still do not have my sofa. Even more concerning, neither Arhaus nor the delivery company seems to know where the remaining pieces of my order are or when they will arrive. This entire experience has become a major headache. I am unable to reach anyone who can actually take ownership of the problem and provide a solution. The lack of communication, coordination, and accountability has been extremely frustrating. Please provide me with the contact information of someone who has the authority to resolve this matter immediately. I would appreciate a clear explanation of the status of my order and a concrete plan for completing the delivery without further delays.

NOTHING like the picture. The finish/stain color on the table I received looks NOTHING like the photo in the catalog. They acknowledged how different the real item looks, but reminded me that their website has a disclaimer saying that "individual pieces may vary in color, pattern, and shape, making each truly unique." This means they don't take responsibility for hugely misleading photographs. They're willing to take my item back but withholding a 10% restocking fee which is a lot given how expensive the table is.
