ArhausReviews of arhaus.com

The Arhaus delivery service team is very polite and helpful. They carried four bar stools into our house, each time putting on shoe covers before entering. They also advised us on the specific chair leg protectors for these stools to protect the chairs and our floors. Super helpful.

I purchased several pieces of furniture from Arhaus. I had a problem with the marble table. They replaced 3 times without any problems. Great customer service. I definitely will go back to this store. Theresa

I purchased a table from Arhaus. There was an issue with the table and the customer service team handled the problem quickly and very well. I highly recommend purchasing from Arhaus. I have purchased many furniture pieces from them and they are all well made and beautiful.

I agree that the customer service is really bad but the furniture is great. Most of my home is furnished with Arhaus and I have had only one bad experience with the furniture, which was my bed. They did a poor job with helping me and the bed was subsequently discontinued right afterwards. However, I can’t help communicate what great pieces they produce and great quality. I wouldn’t shop many other places for furniture but I agree it’s odd how poor their customer service is. It’s like they don’t care. At least they know how to design furniture well.

I purchased an armoire cabinet, bed, coffee table, dining table and side dresser and have to say the quality is superb! These items are now 6 years old and I will probably have them forever. Heirloom pieces.

We have bought quite a bit of furniture from Arhaus. They have been upfront and accurate about delivery times (eg during the pandemic they literally said they had no idea how long it would take). Recently we ordered more furniture and it came exactly when they said it would. One of the pieces was slightly damaged, which was noticed by the delivery person ( we’re not even sure we would have noticed it). Arhaus followed up promptly and the table will be replaced this coming Monday. Love this company!

I bought a dinning table and matching console/buffet table to go with from the Palm Beach Gardens location and I must say it was a perfect experience. This was about 7 years ago and it was my fiancé at the time and I's first big purchase for our first house. The salesperson and delivery was perfect and we always thought it looked so classy and expensive to even eat on since we never really ate in the dinning room. Everyone that came to our house would complement how unique and cool the table looked. Unfortunately he has passed away so I decided that is one piece for furniture I will always be keeping around even though I have bought mostly new stuff since I have bought 2 new houses since our first house so from the initial delivery and 2 moves the able has held up wonderfully the only thing that ever happened was a small scuff on the metal top that was fixed by moving company and now I decided to also put glass on top of it which I think enchanted the table and buffet. So to me if a dinning table and buffet table can handle a delivery and 2 moves within 7 years and still look brand new Arhaus must be doing something right.

Arhaus is a lovely store in Plano/ Frisco Texas area. Debra Cleare helped us with bedroom furniture, accessories and tables. She has a flare and creative abilities which we appreciated. Debra answered all our many questions and offer good advice. The Bostics
