Ordered an in stock chandelier, no acknowledgement of shipping dates, no communication except more solicitation emails. It's been four days, order status indicates it has not shipped and the phone wait is too long to bother. Ordering an Arhaus knockoff which will be here tomorrow so my painters can install it.

Ordered a sideboard from them which arrived severely damaged. I requested a replacement which they failed to deliver on and recieved a refund instead. Now I am being sent demand letters to repay back my refund, and they are threatening collections. This can’t be legal.

I ordered a chandelier for the house several months back. The house was under renovation and we did not get to installation until now. Upon installation, the bottom wooden base did not fit Arhaus’ main frame as per instructions. The pieces simply did not connect together given all the pieces that Arhaus provided. There were no missing pieces and I contacted Arhaus for resolution. There were a series of email exchanges including pictures. Arhaus ultimately provided no solution or alternative. Will rather go with Restoration Hardware or even IKEA for better quality and service.

Arhaus sales representatives and designers focus heavily on pre-sale assistance and often fail to follow up after delivery. After sale communication or check in what the customer will remember. Their outdoor furniture replacement had the same issue and the sales person was like too bad! After a year, I still do not have a conforming of their most expensive outdoor sectuonal! The sales person only contacts when there is a promo to sell but not ask if I enjoy the expensive pieces I purchased. Sad!!

Absolute garbage. $7K for a bed and it arrived broken. Nobody does quality control there and now I have to keep this piece of garbage in my house while I sleep on a mattress that's on the floor. I will be pursuing storage fees against this company. This is the worst experience I have ever had when it comes to buying furniture

The company has a beautiful facade but both their products and service are bottom of the barrel, borderline unethical, and in no way reflects their advertised price points. I had my sales rep on chat confirm to me that the item I wanted would qualify for a price adjustment. Luckily I took a screen shot of that confirmation. When I emailed her to request price adjustment after ordering she said I did not qualify. When I confronted her with her previous reply she went to her boss and magically I now qualified but alas the price would now be higher than when I bought it at b/c of their wildly confusing (I believe purposefully so), dynamic pricing schemes. I disputed with BBB and they did eventually give me the price adjustment. Then the sectional was delivered and I discovered that 5 of the 6 pieces were defective (you can hear springs ping). They sent a tech go inspect and told me it was defective but no explanation of how it managed to get past quality control and delivered in the first place, just their word that there are no similar problems with this sectional. Well, I don't trust their word based on the pricing experience so I was not interested in the replacement they offered and requested to return and get a refund. I was 2 days outside of their 15 day return window, but this was not an immediately noticeable issue and I contend this is a rejection of damaged goods, not a regular return. I also took this to BBB and they again rejected request. I have disputed with credit card but now reading everyone else's terrible reviews I'm concerned they are going to take this to collections. I would recommend NEVER doing business with this company. Dishonest, terrible quality, and terrible service.

Deceptive, misleading, unconscionable practices, yet they still grow. Consumer beware. We ordered mostly "in stock items" end of April 2026, and as of August 17, many items are still not delivered even though their own team says they are sitting in the warehouse. Do not order from the floor sales people as they direct your delivery flow based on delivery "allotments" convenient for the benefit of their commission. Once the order is placed, they don't service the order. They overpromise and way underdeliver. Arhaus misleads consumers by saying items are in stock. Even when you buy the sales people say they would be about 2 weeks to deliver. We are still waiting months later. Even the OH "concierge" and online sales teams are useless as they have no power to do anything to solve a problem. They cannot put your in-store order online in your profile so you do not have transparency. Even refunds they refuse to give you an itemization of items refunded so you have to go line by line on an original order and try to determine if your refund is correct. If you have to order from them order only online and one item at a time. They also sat months on refunds that were owed to us because they said we had an open order (as though that is our problem). They also lose part of your order and deliver half assembled items expecting to surpass the 30 day return window due to their incompetence. Send it back entirely if they don't deliver entirely!! The sectional we did receive does have significant adhesive order so the quality may be suspect as well. Deceptive practices all over the place with this company. Proceed with extreme caution with this company.

They're ok for some things, but don't buy any leather sofas. Whatever they use is so fragile that even condensation from holding a glass of water will permanently stain the couch. EVERYTHING that touches the couch stains it. We paid $15k for a leather sofa that we have to keep completely covered with blankets to sit on it. Bought the protection plan, but they say their poor quality leather is not covered.
