The furniture is fine but the customer service and billing department is a joke. I ordered 2 pieces online from their site, gave my credit card number like any typical online purchase and Arhaus only charged me for 1 item. I didn’t realize this until a bill showed up from collections months later. I was shocked and honestly thought it was a scam. After calling Arhaus and spending about 3 hours making phone calls and being on hold I payed the amount owed. I’m still get letters and the nightmare has not gone away. I’m taking time again today to fix the mistake they originally made. Save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else because they quite literally don’t know what their doing over there. Waste of time!!!

We purchased 2 dining table end chairs in Feb 2021. When they delivered in Nov 2021 they were the wrong chairs. So the took them back and reordered the two chairs. In Aug 2022 they delivered the correct 2 chairs but one of them had the front two legs broke. So we have one and they are still in the process of getting me the replacement for the broken chair. Don’t buy from Arhaus. You can make them your self quicker and for half the price.

I ordered my furniture in February of 2022. It is now almost September of 2022. They sent one email in May to say my order was processing. I mailed. No return emails. I have called, many times. They are very nice on the phone. It was delayed in May, promised it would arrive in late June. They said "we rarely get delays." They then promised late August. Now, today, late November. I asked for my money back. They said they would be back in touch. No one called. Don't waste your time.

Purchased a sofa and warranty. The piling was horrible and pulling at seams. Nothing covered under the warranty. Shoddy workmanship. Frame is fine fabric is terrible after 6 months looks like we picked up off the side of the road. Zero help from Arhaus.

The whole experience was terrible ALMOST from the beginning! Sales person help me to a table was supposed to be certain color that would match the chairs that I order from same company and BTW one was damage it took forever to exchange it. BUT back to the table was delivered two months AFTER the promised day The WRONG COLOR BASE AND THE TOP was supposed to have MY LAST NAME it was someone else. When I called the sales associate SHE DIDNT EVEN KNOW WHAT TO SAY so she made a story that it was the Artesian name!!! AFTER I READ ONLINE TO MAKE SURE THAT I WAS RIGTH I had complained regarding the many errors ( I KEPT THE WRONG COLOR TABLE BECAUSE BY THIS TIME I ONLY WAITED 4 MONTHS) and it kind of match it but THE COMPANY REFUSED TO GIVE EITHER A VOUCHER FOR MANY MISTAKES THEY MADE!! DONT WALK RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!! if I could give0 STARS I WOULD!

Can I give them less than one star? VERY disappointed with service! I understand the supply chain situation but it’s a plain out lie to sell items and say 12 weeks… I’m still waiting 6 months later. No table and no updates. They keeps saying next month. I feel lied too.

I bought $4500 worth of stuff on the website and they charged me $5500. After being on the phone and accused by customer service for ordering the wrong stuff I forwarded them their email with inaccurate pricing. After finally agreeing to their mistake they thought they would give me 5% off to make me happy which it did not. I asked for 10% considering I spent all night upset with my experience. They said no and didn’t seem to care that I was going to write reviews.

Placed an order back on Dec 9th, 2020 for the AMELIE GOLD DRESSER MIRROR, with an estimated delivery of Feb18, 2021. I was charged for the full price of the item at the time of purchase. Fast forward to March 2021, there is no news on this. So I call the customer service who pass me on to the store associate to let me know that the item is on BACK-ORDER and will be ready in early April with delivery data of mid April at worst! Fast forward to April15, 2021, now news on the order again. I just contacted the store and now they say that it's delayed to late May. Reason? Apparently the item was shared on Pinterest and that increased the demand! So what about my order that is delayed since Dec?!!! There is no follow up from the store associates nor the online customer service with us regarding these delays, and all the while, they have charged us for an item which we still are waiting on. Horrible customer service experience, everyone I have talked to is making an excuse and says that it's not within their control! Who's the person in charge?
