I have been using this product for four months- I haven't noticed any substantial changes with the exception of my hair, it looks healthy and full! I will give it another four months before I make any final decisions. Customer service has been fantastic! They are quick to reply with any questions or assistance that I might need.

The response from the customer care team was immediate. I requested my order be cancelled and they did so immediately. I was short on funds when the notice came through that my subscription product was being fulfilled. I had overlooked the renewal, but the team graciously cancelled and refunded the full amount, as it had not yet shipped. Top-notch response from a top-notch company!
