I ordered in November of 2025. I never received my product though the company claimed to have sent it. It is now April, and I have gone back and forth with them just asking me to keep confirming my original address (nothing has changed) and not sending me a product. I am disputing with my CC company and cancelling the subscription that I paused...since, you know...I never actually received a product.

Predatory Business Practices and Mediocre Product Save yourself the headache and skip Arctic Goddess entirely and I mean that for both the supplements and the company behind them. Arctic Goddess lures you in with an attractive introductory offer, buries the subscription terms in the fine print, and then counts on you forgetting to cancel so they can hit your card with a significantly higher recurring charge. It’s a classic trap designed to profit off inattention, not product quality. That’s not a business strategy, that’s predatory. Companies that rely on confusion and cancellation fatigue to generate revenue don’t deserve your money or your trust. And when I tried to return the product, unopened, untouched, they refused. Not even a courtesy return on merchandise that had never been used. That tells you exactly how much they value their customers. A company confident in their product and their integrity offers returns. Arctic Goddess offers neither. And the supplements themselves? Not even worth the introductory price. No noticeable benefit, nothing that would make you think twice about canceling — which tells you everything you need to know about how confident they actually are in what they’re selling. There are countless supplement companies operating with transparency, fair pricing, and products that actually deliver results. Arctic Goddess is not one of them. Do your research, read the fine print on anything subscription-based, and spend your money somewhere that earns it honestly. Would not recommend. Would not return. Buyer beware.

At first I lost weight and felt better but then it stopped. Also good luck getting ahold of them. They don’t have a phone # that I could find. I requested that the shipment/subscription stopped. They refused sent product and will not refund. I have complained to PayPal and FTC
