The products didn't really work for me. I forgot to cancel my subscription. I saw a new order come through. I immediately contacted customer support and asked if I could cancel the order or return it if it had already been sent. The representative was very helpful, and they put in a request for my order to be canceled, and it was canceled. I feel that is great customer service!
