Archway PublishingReviews of archwaypublishing.com

You were habitably late with everything, failed to inform me when or why you were late, plus you shipped my books to the wrong address! I couldn't even change the address thanks to your software! It was a shoddy experience and I wouldn't recommend you to anyone.

I think the book turned out beautifully but I felt that things were not as smooth as they could have been. One department did not know what the other department was doing so there were long times between things getting done. Probably due to covid and people working from home It would have been better to have one concierge person overlooking the entire project. Sometimes it felt like I was out there all alone. With that said, the book turned out great and I love it.

Very helpful! Nice people to work with, I am highly satisfied

Working with Archway Publishing was very easy and comprehensive. Everyone I worked with was very helpful and insightful. Once all of my materials were submitted the actual process to get published was smooth and well executed with expected wait times and necessary steps. I plan to work with them again on future projects.

Archway publishing guides you every step of the way patiently and with expert advice.

My relationship with Archway Publishing actually began several years ago. I had investigated other options regarding the publishing of my book without success. I contacted Archway, (and several other self-publishing firms), to discuss terms and conditions and my negotiations with Archway were very close but we couldn't quite get over the goal line. I let the matter of publishing drop for a few years and focused on starting a second book and other aspects of my career. Archway did not give up! I was contacted last year by Archway representatives and we were able move past my issues and arrive at an agreement. Since that time, I have dealt with extremely patient and professional Archway Team Members moving me systematically and efficiently through the four step process of publishing my work. I cannot express the elation and sense of accomplishment I felt as I brought up the title of my book on the website of one of the largest retail stores in the country nor can I sufficiently express my gratitude to Archway for helping me get there. Cheers, Bill

Professional, great communicators, and fast paced. As a first time self-publisher it was a great experience. There was only one issue but it was resolved immediately. I would recommend and use there publishing services in the future.

The book was published exactly as I specified. The Illustrator was great. The Consultants and everyone involved in the process were responsive and caring and were very interested in the books getting distributed to the public. I was very pleased!!
