Archway PublishingReviews of archwaypublishing.com

Archway was very helpful guiding me through my publishing experience. Everytime I had a question, someone would be on hand to help, usually within 24 hours. If the person did not know the answer, they would find someone who knew the answer. They were professional and always kind and courteous. Thank you Archway! John Janezic "Because Cockroaches Rule"

I would actually give this company 3 1/2 stars. The main issue that I have had is that getting a hold of people at Archway is very easy when you are being sold services by them. Once you have paid for the services it’s very difficult having people get back to you in a timely manner. There also has been situations in which the details of a product that I have bought has not been fully explained in regards to payment and execution of those services. Overall I feel I am getting a good product through archway it is just difficult, at times, dealing with members of the team that are responsible for publishing my book.

I definitely had a wonderful experience with Archway publishing, and I plan on working with then on future projects!!!

All employees of Archway were quick to response to problematic situations that happen with my publishing a children’s book. They were all professional in their job to help me publish my children’s book.

My first book, from the first person I talked with to the end they have been great to work with. They answer any question that I had. If I publish again will be with them.

I have been published in Europe. The system and culture is so different from the US that I cannot establish comparisons. I give 4 stars, but I haven’t had other experiences with American publishers. Pre pandemic services were better, however the people I talk to are always polite.

Archway Publishing is great for me. I have published five books with them. They have given me exactly what I expected.

My experience is good but I sent in my manuscript and they sent it back to me after editing and a lot of the content was missing. Perhaps the editor did it on purpose and was thinking of reaching a certain audience but I was not told that. They also kept sending me back the wrong copy of the book that had not been totally proof read plus there was a lot of forms to fill out on Google docs and I never used it before so I had to learn. So much paper work with specific instructions. But I think the book turned out looking very nice but I want to read it to make sure there are no errors.
