The staff were very helpful and patient with me as this was my first publication. Very knowledgable and provided a number of options for the various services they provided.

Every step of the way was described and handled in a clearly and efficiently. The tools provided by The Author Learning Center were extremely useful. Only one small glitch occurred when I did not realize that Archway had had so quickly published my book (the day after my final approval of the galleys).

The production of my first book was very well done, but also very expensive.I had no problem dealing with the different divisions during this phase, and the book looks awesome. But the royalties are ridiculous. I am still under $500 for a book that I know sold HUNDREDS, maybe thousands, of hardback copies. I will research other companies if I decide to publish again.

My publishing journey and experience with Archway is encouraging. They just kept their words and everything flowed perfectly.

I enjoyed publishing my book with Archway Publishing, but in the beginning I was very confused. Different e-mails used different titles for the same people. My sales percentages differed at different times early on. Otherwise it was a very enjoyable process. thank You.
