I hope the finished product will be okay. There schedule for an actual ebook is very frustrating. Supposedly it takes them 3 weeks after they produce a soft copy before they can get an ebook created. Communication regarding the scheduling is very hard to get and frustrating. I still have not received what I purchased over 2 months ago. The last message was “As for the eBook, it can take up to 3 weeks from the publication date for that format to be available. It should be live by sometime next week as well.”

Archway / Simon and Shuster is an absolute pleasure to work with. The marketing team is trained and very aware of market trends and explaining their relevance to my project. They were exactly what I was looking for in a publisher,

My book, "A Wit's World" was re-published by Archway Publishing after the original publisher failed to respond to my requests. Every person I spoke with at Archway was polite and professional. There were a few delays, most of which occurred when "the ball was in my court". The final product turned out great and the folks at Archway have been in touch in order to assure my satisfaction.

Archway has built in flexibility with interior and exterior design. Super ability to understand changes, modifications. Allowing author to submit art for cover design and interior drawings is why I choose Archway. I've published four books with them and trust them. It's money well spent.

Getting published was a long, slow process with just one step at a time when i think some could have been simultaneously to speed up the process. I have had no response to calls to my concierge for over two weeks and i see no evidence that my book is being promoted. Also, I a unable to log in at the Author Center to obtain information.

My dealings with Archway started out with great promise. They quickly reviewed my initial work in days instead of the weeks they said they needed and told me that I needed a line edit. I loved their service so much that I paid for everything in advance, a BIG Mistake! Then they stopped their service. They took over 3 months to edit a 20,000 word manuscript, it should have taken four days! They kept stalling me and making excuses, so after all that time I told them to forget everything and I'll take my business somewhere else. They claimed I could only ask for a refund within 90 days of signing the contract, so Archway deliberately took longer so they have an excuse to keep all $5000! These were thousands of dollars for services they never provided! I talked to attorneys about this, who told me they cannot legally do this, but I have to fight to get my money back. This is an unethical company. Stay away from them. By the way, my book came out as the #1 seller in new releases on Amazon. I'm putting this story in every book.
