Archway PublishingReviews of archwaypublishing.com

Archway allayed all my fears and held onto my hands right from the beginning till publishing. As a firs timer, I have a lot of questions and often don’t know what to do, but Archway put together a team of experts and dedicated people who were and still are at my service with any question and or concerns I may have about my book, process, editing, cover design, timeline, you name it. I am blessed to have Archway publishing on my side to realize a long awaited dream. Today I can boldly say that I am an author whose book is now published and is available on Amazon, Barnes & Nobles and other prominent places and sites. If you are thinking about publishing your work, please Archway publishing is the way to go. Take the first step and fast forward someday, just like me now, you will be glad you did when you hold your book in your hand and can see people admiring and enjoying it. Thanks though Archway and the team that help me through it all. Words cannot express my gratitude for what you have helped me accomplished. I could not have done it without you. Thank you!

I was well pleased with Archway Publishing. Their recommendations through the editing process were worth every penny. Their extra touch on the final product was awesome as well. I am very much looking forward to the results of our work.

I had my book published with Archway Publishing. They were very friendly and helpful; when I made an error with the shipment, my book consultant happily fixed it right away.

End product turned out excellent, consistent with my expectations and investments. Editing process proved to be high quality, as did the printed products. However, the process incurred several unexplained delays. A lack of communication concerning the nature and possible length of these delays left me fearful and frustrated. Unknown potential returns for possible investments in marketing and advertising also resulted in confusion and left me underwhelmed.

My first publishing experience was very positive. Simon and Schuster was helpful with guiding me through the entire process. My book came out wonderful, exactly how I wanted it. I definitely recommend it to other writers who want to publish their books. Thank you Simon and Schuster.

Archway offers professional guidance for the non-represented author. Without said expert guidance, most first time authors seeking publishing would be lost and confused. This is invaluable. The most valuable aspect of this relationship is the offering from Archway to be edited by a talented book editor from Simon and Schuster, parent company to Archway. This option is costly, but essential for all writers, experienced or novice alike. Most important, all of the consultants and representatives assigned to the client are diligent and encouraging. This matters a great deal in navigating the journey. At the end of the process, there is both joy and let-down when the book is published. The joy comes from seeing the completion of work, possibly a dream come true. The let-down stems from the realization that it is likely the book will not be read by many without the strike of lightening, regardless of its quality or lack thereof. Most unpublished writers do not understand or cannot afford the media outreach and publicity required to launch an unknown author, especially in fiction. Finally, the aspect of the publishing process with Archway that left me feeling negative was that it is, at bottom line, a sales tool. The business is in business to make a profit publishing books from writers who otherwise would not get published. Pay to play. That's the new democracy. This is fine for the vanity author. If you are a writer seriously trying to find a way into a legitimate career, there are times when you may feel like you're negotiating for the purchase of a used car. For this reason, I review with 4 stars rather than five. My grateful appreciation to all involved in bringing An American Rich Girl to press.

Very helpful and Constuction

It was an interesting and successful collaboration, for a first-time book publishing. Everyone I met along the way was very helpful in their field of expertise. I had one or two times, I felt, I wished, I could have gotten more information. Maybe a more thorough walk through at the beginning with signing on. Everything else was very good. I like our Book. They did a great job.
