Overall, a good experience -- and best of all, the book is a high quality product.

The overall process was good. There were two consistent problems: #1. It was difficult to reach my consultant in a timely manner and getting correct response the first time. #2 My wife has an account with Archway. We were told we could not have two accounts, and no matter how many times we brought the subject up, my wife got some of the correspondence on my new book and I got some correspondence. Many of the phone calls about my book were to my wife. I was never sure if I was getting all the information that Archway was sending to me.

I certainly learned a great deal about publishing while doing this first book. On the whole it was positive but frankly expensive. Contacts were good, except for one.

The people that I worked with at Archway guided me through the entire writing and publishing process with professionalism. Working through all the technicalities, though sometimes frustrating, I knew I was in good hands. Selecting the book cover and format was at first overwhelming but my concierge helped me break down each piece so I got the look I wanted.

Very responsive and professional with a real polished end product

The concierge got me off to a great start, explaining the steps in the process of submission, and then patiently guiding me through my work with the interior and exterior design teams, as well with the copy cover polish department, and the printer, all top notch. The marketing option is proving very beneficial for the book's distribution.

Absolutely horrible. Do not waste your time or money. They still have not provided my refund. If I could I'd give them less than 1 star. They will charge huge amounts of money and literally do nothing. They will ask you to do all of the formatting even though they have a graphic design team. Each representative that I was assigned or spoke to clearly does not care about you. Do not give them your money.
