Archway provided me a path to follow during the book writing process. I knew what next steps I had to complete and it kept me moving toward finishing my book. I will be using them again for my next book in the coming months.

As the author of 13 academic and one memoir publications, the editor in chief of an international journal and having served on the editorial boards of numerous publications I was seeking a highly professional and friendly publisher for my first fiction novel. I found it with Archway, The staff were extremely accessible and my editor was one of the finest with whom I've ever worked. The cover is beautiful and was designed with very few suggestions from me. For my next novel, I will go directly to Archway Publishers and highly recommend them to other authors.

My experience, and I realize that not everyone has the same experience, was that the entire process was slow from start to finish. There was also added costs that I didn't foresee. Again, I might should have known better, but for my first time publishing a book, I thought the first price was the only money involved. I never rec my first copy of the final book. It was during this time I was very sick and in the hospital. I then noticed my picture was not on the back of the book even though the book cover had been designed to include the picture. I was told to put the picture on the cover there would be another charge even though I still have an email confirming my picture had been received. I went through the book thoroughly last night and I will say I only found one typo error. I consider that great. People do make mistakes. I'm disappointed my picture was not on the back cover and there was no resolution to fix it except more money. I have the sequel to this book ready to go to a publisher, but I think I will search for another company. I'm happy that I finally have my book, even without my picture, but I'm not willing to try this company again.

Archway Publishing and its employees have been a delight to work with. The finished product of my novel, "The Stolen Manuscript," is a very attractive, professionally produced book--paperback and hardback alike. Everyone has been congenial, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful with phone calls and e-mails. I would highly recommend their organization.

I was satisfied with the final product. I had to wait for return calls during the process. Other than that I’m satisfied.

As a new Author this was a helpful service, but I have to say there was a constant push to buy more services. There was also no sense of urgency when they had a task, however when I had one I felt rushed.

I only have wonderful comments about Archway Publishing! The entire staff that I interacted with - from my first contact person, through editing, design, press setup and marketing - was so very helpful - took the time to answer any questions promptly and I felt like we really connected in a way to advance my project to a very good finish.

Just another vanity publisher who preys on peoples’ dreams. I’ve seen zero ROI for $1600. I was also hung up on today while voicing my disappointment. They can say what they want in response, but for me it’s been a waste of money.
