Cassandra sandoval is amazing she helped us every step of the way with all our questions. She got back to us immediately which was such a comfort to have the answer and guidance she provided us. She is amazing one in a million employee that gets 10 stars from the Carlisles. We thank her so much!!! She helped us for over 2 months not just one day

I had no issues filing my claim. It helped that my doctors office was on top of filling out their portion and getting it back to Arch quickly. I didn’t have to wait too long for my checks.

Arch Insurance excels in every category that matters to us. Their speed of service is industry-leading—rarely exceeding a two-hour turnaround, which is a massive advantage compared to the standard 24-hour wait times elsewhere. They offer tight, competitive pricing on renewals and new business, with a refreshing willingness to be flexible when a deal requires it. It is clear they understand their niche deeply; their products are well-researched, their decision-making is sound, and they always follow through on their commitments.

This company somehow mistakenly approved me for my maternity leave disability claim and months after receiving my benefits, they contacted me and expected me to correct their error and give them back the money I received! I had to go through a very complicated ordeal with NJ state disability. It took approximately two years of stress and filing loads of paperwork with the state. I was just recently able to resolve the issue, unbelievable. I do not recommend this company at all. If a claimant has the option to avoid filing a claim through this company and going directly through the state, I strongly recommend they do.
