My first time at Arcata - found exactly what I wanted, an item I thought would be difficult to find. Regular shipping was actually super fast.

I ordered a couple of thinline tubes which are very hard to come by, but yet, ArcataPet.com had just what I needed. To my surprise, I received an email about two hours after ordering online that my order had been shipped. Now THAT'S service! My order arrived about three days later, shipped in a triangular box in great condition. I have nothing but good things to say about ArcataPet.com and will continue to use their services whenever I need pet supplies. Bravo Arcata!

My lovebird loves the bird hut, he chews the cords but then I use plastic attach to hang them. I ordered another 4 so then shipping per unit is cheaper. Toy prices are very good compared to Canadian prices.

I did not receive my order because of a mix up at the post office. They contacted me as soon as they found out. They immediately sent out another order and I received it right away. They are very customer orientated, and courteous. This is an amazing store.

They have the only bird seed our nanday conure eats (full of safflower - no sunflower...) and it's always clean, fresh and available.
