ArcataPet.comReviews of arcatapet.com

Prices are good compared to our local feed store. The products all arrive on time and packaged securely.

My bird food arrived quickly which is good because I only seem to order when I get low. Having a Lory I cannot buy food locally so I love the fast turnaround ArcataPet has.

I order schampo/conditioner it was very good price, easy to order and very fast delivery so I will use this company again. Thanks for good service.

I order Nekton Lory diet for my lories. I have a distributor for Nekton only 3 hours from me for whom I have ordered from for years. My local distributor has repeatedly provided poor customer service, constantly out of stock, often not available via phone when I have a question, and I found that I could not count on them anymore for accurate delivery dates. As Lory food is not something I can run out and purchase at a local market, accurate delivery time and in-stock items are crucial to me. Arcata Pet has provided great customer service and usually I receive my package before their ETA. Even though they are quite a distance from where I live I will continue to order from them. I appreciate their attention to detail.

I buy Omega One food for my freshwater tanks. I have four tanks. Arcata Pets have the lowest prices on Omega One. Shipping is fair also. Check out their prices!

I have ordered from arcata pets multiple times. I have ALWAYS received excellent service! I call in my credit card numbers and I always get to speak with a friendly representative. My order is always followed up with a confirmation and they always keep me updated on my shipment etc... prices are fair and I feel they are outstanding. I wouldn't order from any other company!

This was my second order with ArcataPet.com. Their service is beyond fast. Within two hours of placing my order I received a shipping confirmation. The product was exactly as advertised and shipping charges are more than fair.

After placing an order on line at a store I'd never heard of or been to, I was very pleased to have received an email from ArcataPet after my order was placed. And the email was signed by a person...not a title or department; this made the transaction friendly, and if I had questions I could contact them. I really appreciated this personal customer service touch. For someone not use to shopping & buying online...this made the experience more comfortable.
