I purchased a snowsuit for my dog. The shipping was fast. The quality of the suit is excellent. I'm very happy and will shop here again.

Petsmart didn't carry or evn know about tag silencers, so they drove me here. Sure, the shipping was more than double the cost of the item, but it got to Miami so fast I didn't care. Worth a couple extra bucks to get it a day later than I would have, assuming I could find it, and even then the time and gas I'd spend made it worthwhile. Should have bought more of the same item.

I found important treatments for my fish tank that I couldn't find in Petco or even specialty fish stores. AND the prices were extremely reasonable! The order seemed to arrive in a blink of an eye! I'm glad to have found Arcata Pet.

I received just what I ordered and it was of good quality. I paid a little more than I would have on another online retailer, but I didn't have to wait 3-4 weeks to receive it, rather it arrived in 2-3 days. It was worth it!
