On Monday, July 6, 2020, while on my way home from my Cardiac Specialist appt., I ordered and paid for FOUR pecan chicken salad sandwiches at Arby's W. Ridge Rd. location in Rochester, NY. When my daughter dropped me off, she handed me two of the four sandwiches and discovered that there was only ONE sandwich left in the bag. She drove BACK to Arby's and was given the missing sandwich. (Zippety Doodahhh) Meanwhile I unwrapped one of the two sandwiches that I had and discovered that it was almost entirely LETTUCE... w/possibly 1 1/2 teaspoons of the chicken salad filling. I was DEFINITELY CHEATED OF $6 WHEN I PAID FOR THAT SANDWICH. TEN hours later, I unwrapped and ate the other sandwich. It was excellent... full of chicken salad... JUST AS THE FIRST WAS WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE BEEN. Arby's quality control SUCKS.

There is only 1 arbys I dont recomend and it's the one in Ogden utah on Washington near 34th street. They always had poor service and made us all sick. But we go to the one on 12th street and I've never had an issue there. They have top service and great prices.

July 3, 2020 I was just at Arby's in Joliet, Illinois 40 E. Laraway Rd. I ordered 2 chicken cheddar ranch sandwiches 2 for 6$. They had one person serving and running cash register while the other girl was running her hands through her hair and scaring her back. She made no attempt to wash her hands. So I told them I wanted a refund. I have a Food Service and Sanitation License. I should gave reported the place. I just will never order at Arby's again. Will post my experience on Facebook for everyone to see

Shake machine was down, they forgot my fries, and my beef and cheddar sandwich was luke warm. Not happy at all! Whoever brought our food out to our car didn’t say a word. We said thank you and he turned around and walked away without saying a word.

Went to our local Arby's restaurant today. They have changed their menu, but didn't bother to change their advertising. I wanted a chicken cordon bleu and onion rings. Both are no longer available. So I choose the bacon and swiss chicken sandwich. The chicken was a hockey puck, swiss cold and doused in a weird sauce. The only two sides are a side salad or curly processed fries. This was one of my favorite fast food places. I will give them a second chance on their brisket. If that's as bad as this was....I'm done. So sad because I was the customer that sought you out.

I went there for my lunch break and got a crispy chicken sandwich. The bun was cold. Chicken was dried out and cold. Cheese was not even melted and it has a piece of hair in it. I ask to speak with the manager and told him. I've watched him to see if he would say anything to the cooks but he didn't. So i ask to get the smokehouse brisket sandwich instead and i got it so quick. It seems to me their food pre made already with 2 alice of pastrami in it. I'm very disappointed . It was not worth the money i paid for. I did like arbys but not this way.

If I could give it no stars I would. I bought 8 beef and cheddar. The meat they use now is so gross. It tastes like shaved spam. I use to love arbys roast beef. I wouldn't even feed this over priced salted spam meat to my dogs. So very disappointed in the company. I won't be spending any money there ever again.

Sorry to say these folks can't count simple change, even with their computer cash register. And then, do not believe you, when you give them a certain amount of money, a 10, 2 ones and 2 penny's on a $6.42 charge. The cashier proceeds to give me some $1's back and I let her know, it should be a 5 and change, she then tells you that, she only received 11 dollars. I guaranteed her that she was given 12 and a penny and explained why I was so sure and she still insist that it was only 11. Goes to the manager and she stops everything while I am in the drive through lane, to count their drawer before believing you. Then gets offended because you mention that they can't count after a 2nd issue occurs with the short change the manager, gives you back once they verified the drawer was a dollar over. Lastly she will not give you the sandwiches you ordered, and she just bags, because they are offended that I called them stupid, which is an out right lie. Stating a fact that they can't count is not calling anyone stupid. And with this kind of thinking, I tell her, you both called me a liar, based on the cashier not believing that I gave her a 10, 2 ones and 2 penny’s. Insisting that I only gave her 11. Then going to her manager which did not believe me and counted the drawer before giving me the correct change of a 5 dollar bill and 60 cents of which the manager gave me only 51 cents??? Which leads me to believe they count? In Conclusion the so called manager did not give me the sandwiches, because of their ignorance, and poor money handling processes... If you go here, Good luck with your adventure, and abide by the sign in the window, “we prefer you using your atm or credit card!!!”
