Taste is great. But when the price to feed a small child is $6.99, that's just blasphemy. It costs about $.50 to make a kids meal and about $1.50 to make a grown persons meal. Prices should be much less than they are.

Their pecan chicken salad sandwich they advertise is the opposite of what you get. A very small amt of chicken salad in the center of a very large slice of rye bread. Hope you like rye bread sandwiches because it is 90% bread. Very, very disappointed. I dont think we got all the ingredients they add because there wasent enough there to have all the ingredients. 2 bread sandwiches a good cost. Make sure to order a drink to wash down all the bread.

Arby's is usually good , that's why 4 stars. But , I ordered their new chicken salad sandwich and was highly disappointed. It should have been called bread sandwich. Very small amt of thin spread chicken salad in the center of a lot of bread. Not cut , mine had toasted side in on both sandwiches. Not the first time doe that to happen. Literally my side salad has as much chicken salad in it and it didnt have any. Very disappointed.

We visit the Arby's in Lenoir City, TN a lot. The last 6 times we have gone they have always forgot something or made the item(s) wrong. The last time I called to complain I was spoken to very rudely by someone who called themselves a Manager, stating that he personally made the gyro but yet did not get the extra meat in which I have paid for. This place use to be a very good place to go but with the rude service lately and the constant screw ups on our food I will not be going back to this place, considering the cost of the food they should not be messing up ALL THE TIME. YOUR EMPLOYEES NEED TO GET IT TOGETHER

I will never go back to Arby’s. Service was great ! I ordered their Pecan Chicken salad sandwich. This was a joke! Got home and the lettuce was overlapping the bread so I said “ wow what a sandwich “ I started looking for the chicken under all that lettuce , none nada, 1 TEASPOON OF SALAD. Got so made I threw it in the garbage !!! NEVER AGAIN. Seguin ,TX
