Good service. The Grand Turkey Club is what I wanted. Ended up buying the turkey bacon ranch sandwich. Never saw bread grilled on the inside of a sandwich before. If it wasn't for Arby and Horsey sauce it would have been too dry to eat. No sir, didn't care for it.

The employee was nice and respectful but the food was cold and nasty, the drinks were nasty and flat, and it was to expensive for how nasty everything was. Used to LOVE ARBYS!!! But I won't go back or reccomend them to anyone no more. They've gone way down hill within just like 2 years.

Just went through the drive-thru and the worker didn’t even speak to me and apparently it was going to take a while for my food to get ready so he didn’t bother to tell me that or tell me how long or anything. He just pointed his finger in a rude manner for me to pull up and wait for my food so I did. I sat there for approx 5 minutes waiting for a chicken salad sandwich and fries. The fries were hot but tasted like they were cooked in old grease. This was a very disappointing lunch. I really think the people working the window should have people skills. Not grunt and point like an archaeic cave man.

we ordered a chicken wrap and they added pork into it.

I just had the worst experience at the location in Lawrenceville on Sugarloaf Parkway in Georgia. Ms.Che decided to take it upon herself to make me patiently wait at the drivethru ordering station for 10 whole minutes. As cars were piling up in the drive through my patience grew thin, so I drove around to the window.I pull up to the window I asked the young lady , Che, what was the holdup for 10 minutes to take my orders, and her response was baffling. This young lady proceeded point to her headset and guilty look on her face say", Oh -aah nah no ma'am. One can only think, is she really trying to call me a liar after I waited for 10 whole minutes wasting my gas in a Drive-Thru. So,I had to then wait at the door for another lady to get out to get my food out "fresh". She ran off , only to find out that, I got every sauce that they ever made or created besides honey mustard or barbecue. Worst experience ever!!!

This store always gets the order wrong. Can't call the store at all the phone number on the receipt goes to voicemail. Understood about waiting in drive thru for over 45 minutes but having to go back in line because they messed up the order for another 45 minutes is unexceptable. This store is located in Dale City VA .

Very disappointed. Just went to the drive thru. Ordered two sandwiches. They got 1 right. I ordered a fish and a chicken bacon swiss. No chicken sandwich. Got some sort of roast beef sandwich instead. Both of the ones I recd were awful. I won't be back anytime soon. Fish looked burnt on the outside, inside it looked raw.

I went into my Arby's here in Stuart fl on us 1 and the manager should be fired. All he did was yell at the employees right in front of the patrons, mean while the store was filthy. My shoes stuck to the floor, the kitchen floor had so much food on it. Front counter was definitely not disinfected, it was obviously sticky and dirty.
