I went to the Marshalltown Iowa location as saw their add for the fire roasted Philly cheese steak sandwich.Also ordered the beer battered fish sandwich.The cheese steak sandwich when I got home to eat it looked absolutely gross.the sub was half full of I think was steak and the cheese was sparsely melted on top and underneath the meat and cheese was some bell peppers that were obviously cooked awhile ago and sat in the grease and across the bottem was a black colored liquid I hope was the garlic sauce.It looked like the meat and peppers had been cooked for awhile and sat in grease from meat then was piled on the roll and cheese sprinkled on and put in microwave to heat it up.I tried to eat some of it as they are not cheap but the taste matched the way it looked it was nasty.So several hours later I thought I'd heat up the fish sandwich as I had been dieing to.try it from seeing the tv commercial and again was very disappointed by the taste of the sandwich as a whole it had no flavor and fell apart from breading and bun was chewy and had all around bad taste and the tarter sauce tasted old like it had been setting out along time.My overall order of the 2 sandwiches was awful and I will not go back for the prices I paid I could have gotten a full meal somewhere else.Very disappointing experiance.

So i got the new prime rib steak ?notice i said steak theres was little to no cheese at all and where were the fire roasted peppers ah nowhere dice peppers llil dice peppers sorry but it wasnt what it look to be

DO NOT EAT ARBYS! It will make you SICK! I repeat! It will make you sick, DON’T do it! Been sick for two days, so gross!

Open your dining room I'm spokane valley. I was stuck in your parking lot for 25 mins because the line is running down sprague. Not to smart of you. Good way to lose business. We wont be back.

This is Arbys new cheese steak sandwich. What a joke or is this location just incapable of knowing a cheese steak sandwich has more than just meat and cheese? I do not think they have ever gotten a order 100% correct. Store #07451. I took pictures. Too bad I can't upload them. What an absolute joke. They are now on my no visit list.

Asked for no gyro seasoning... got gyro seasoning. So i spend a disgustingly amount of money on something that i now can’t eat because y’all can’t do ur jobs 😌

I was really excited to try the new cod sandwich at Arby’s. Boy was I disappointed!! Tasted as though it had been fried in old oil and had been sitting for a while. Won’t go back for another!!
