Terrible service at the one in Blue Ridge! Can't get an order right if there life depended on it!

I bought the Classic Prime Rib Cheesesteak sandwich as a take out. When we got home and opened the order we were very VERY disappointed. There was no "sliced rib steak." The meat looked like soggy shredded beef, NO "Fire Roasted Peppers." There were NO Peppers! The provolone cheese was not even noticeable. The bun was the right shape but over toasted. The add on TV and the in store pictures of this product look appetizing, but in the end it is an excellent case on false advertising.

Based on the current TV ad for your company, I drove a long distance to taste this rare, prime rib sub and was totally disappointed, angry and very dismayed. For one thing, the actual sub looked absolutely NOTHING like the ad and if fact tasted like the mildew, creamy white sauce that is was. So not only did I waste my time and money that it cost me, but also the delightful feeling that I had to think I was going to get a great rare prime rib sub sandwich. What a disappointment and what a crime against the advertising industry. This type of false advertising should be banned and illegal and if you folks fall for it, you are the only ones to blame, for as I can see, many others also did the same thing.

I had the “prime rib cheese steak” sandwich that looks sooo good on the commercial! What a joke!! Horrible! That was NOT prime rib! It was a gray glob of “meat” soaked in cheese with ONE slice of pepper! This was in Billings Montana heights. Save your money or go to McDonald’s.

My wife and I stopped at an Arby's in North Carolina on our way to Nashville to get a couple of sandwiches. My wife ordered a Reuben and I ordered a new prime rib cheesesteak. Her reuben had very little meat on it and my cheesesteak was horrible! They were by far the worst sandwiches I have ever bought from Arby's! Don't get the Cheesesteak!!!

THE NEW SIRLOIN CHEESE STEAK IS A JOKE. WHAT I SAW ADVERTISED ON TV AND ON MENU BOARD AT RESTAURANT IS NOT WHAT I RECEIVED. I GOT A LONG BUN, 3 STRIPS OF SMASHED RED PEPPER AND SOME TYPE OF SLIVERS OF MEAT MIXED IN BBQ SAUCE. TOTAL RIP OFF. I TOOK PICTURE, WISH I COULD ATTACH TO SHOW IT.

Usually love Arby's but today was a huge disappointment. I have been looking forward to trying the new cheese steak sandwich. WHAT sandwich? Yes there was cheese, peppers but hardly any meat. The sandwich was practically flat. Shame on Arby's for lowering the usually good meal standards. Debbie, Charlotte NC

9-17-2020 Bought the Ribeye sandwich at the store on Bartow Ave in Bronx, NY. It looked NOTHING REMOTELY CLOSE to the commercials!!! Microwaved TINY pieces of beef; dowsed with cheese sauce; bread was weak. It was edible, but NOT INTERESTING!!! I will never buy anything from Arby’s again!!!
