The Arbys in Hamburg, Pa.is great!! Food is hot and made right. Drive up attendants are friendly and courteous.Only complaint is they don't have orange cream shakes year round.

Arrived at the restaurant around 10:30 am. I ordered the half-pound sandwich Arby's meal. The bun was stale and hard. The roast beef on top of the sandwich was hard as if it's been sitting around. You would think in this day and time everyone would be on the top of their game. This was not the case. This meal was almost $11. If I had the time I would have went back and got my money back. I will not be back.

No one in line yet I had to wait My order was not right. This is the 3rd time food missing. Looked like a fool and my husband was not happy! Because somehow it's my fault...

I'm usually a fan but today was really disappointed. I tried the new beer battered fish and I have to say this is the worst $6.00 I've ever spent. The fish was over battered and soaked in grease. The lettuce, tomatoes and bread were soggy. There's no tarter sauce but way too much mayo and inexplicably pickles which were also soggy. I also got jalapeño bites and mozzarella sticks with no sauces in the bag despite them being on the receipt. It wasn't worth driving back there so the dogs had a nice lunch

Not honoring coupons.

They informed me they had not brought back onion rings to the menu!!

They always forget to give me ranch :( and ranch is the best part of my day.

I'm writing from Leamington Ontario Canada. Last week tired of KFC and the likes we decided to give Arby's a try. We ordered the the gyro and the chicken sandwich. The chicken was ok but the gyro looked nothing like the flyer. All it was ,was some of that stupid color shaved roast beef. This is the third and final time I will ever visit a Arby's restaurant. Never again
