Well I went in there ordered a couple sandwiches it cost me $29 I could have went and had two nice steaks for dinner with my wife instead I got Arby's thinking it was going to taste great the waffle fries were like hockey pucks french fries we're kinda ify we got the brisket sandwiches the only thing I could say she said it pretty much sucked yeah I would not recommend this place to anyone not even my dog my dog wouldn't even eat that food do yourself a favor and go to Hardee's is way better

30 minutes in the drive through just to tell me they didn’t have what I want. That’s after I watched them lean against the counter talking while I timer went off for minutes. Don’t recommend

Horrible drive thru service, shorted several items at the latrobe location. Even worse customer service when calling, definitely will never go back

The woman at north Stafford that appears to be the manager, white female, eyeglasses, wearing jacket over her nametag, straight hair, all over the place. She was rude, name calling, and I thought was going to throw a soda at me. Has anyone else had issues with her?

They only filled the box with potato fries halfway though we PAYED for a full box.

I haven't had Arbys for awhile and I really wanted a Jamocha shake!! Got a classic roast beef (hardly any meat at all), curly fries (cooked way too long), and a shake (was terrible!! Whats with all the whip cream and chocolate) it was terrible!!! Bring back the old shakes!!! Wasted $10!! Not happy!!!
