Arbys in shelby nc...drive thru is EXTREMELY SLOW!!!! Every single time it's always backed out onto the road tried calling inside to see if possibly take out and it rang employee answered hung up so tried calling back and they took phone off hook while arbys is good food needs faster paced employees or something no reason to have to sit in a line for 45 mins or longer

Went the Arby's on Jonestown Rd on February 2nd around 4pm. We ordered the fish sandwich. The fish was undercooked. So we returned it still not cooked right. Dont order the fish anymore.

Arby's is the worst fast food place in the world .I use to work their years back and the managers would make threats to the staff .One women their named Joyce a over weight women who was the manager of the place would hit on the 16 year old boys working their and when they would ignored her she would fire them or make their lives hell .Also she would short change the books and not pay people either .Then their was a second in charge manager named Debbie that had a pony tail and spoke with a slur she was stealing from the place and blaming the workers .she would steal food and money even soap any thing she could get her hands on .Then she would say the workers did it and fire them. One crew leader told me she would break my fingers and got away with it she made a threat to me and nothing was done. Also Arby's kitchen staff would drop the food on the floor and kick it like a football and then serve it the place was dirty and the health department should have shut it down. workers fought with each other and damaged each others cars .This Arby's was in Cleveland Ohio and it is still their. The place is so filthy and the food is gross under cooked . and raw .

The Arby’s in Madison heights , has bugs , rude “ managers “ calling employees worthless. Then the general manager thinks his employees are very respectful and does not talk to other employees , but jasmine called my brother worthless. Y’all are very disrespectful and full of bugs. Nasty asab.

The managers are rude, one manager called an employee worthless. The general manager doesn't do anything about what the other managers say to the employees.

Arby's in Rincon Ga has their signs up advertising 2 for $6 Gyros but are charging the full price.

My local Arby’s in Dover DE is awful, the last 3 times I’ve been there each time we get home check our bag always something missing, I’ve never had this problem with any other takeout, is this just random or intentional 🤔
