Bryant, Arkansas. Waited about ten minutes at the drive thru to place an order. Was waiting so long the people behind us started honking. When the guy finally comes on and start placing my order and we had to start over a couple times. Then he starts telling me I can't have a large fries with a Beef N Cheddar meal. I said just make it a sandwich and fries and I proceeded with my order then he comes back again and tells me I can't have a large fries. I said I just want a large fries what's so hard? and then this female comes on yelling "CAN I HELP YOU!" I said "well, I been trying to place an order for ten minutes and then she yells "FIRST THING IS YOU'RE GOING TO LOSE THE ATTITUDE." I simply drove away and took my money elsewhere. You lost about a $40 order because you have untrained and rude people working there Well, I was very calm the entire time talking to the untrained person taking my order and was no where near having an attitude. My ten year old daughter was in the van and there's no way I would have talked rude to anyone in front any child and she was shocked when the female started yelling at me. The female yelling at me was completely out of line. She didn't hear the conversation or if she did she's completely wrong. Train your people. I was being completely patient with the guy but he's obviously not trained.

Just found out today they discontinued loaded curly fries, so I will discontinue eating there and go somewhere else

Every Arby’s I’ve been too has awful soda machines, especially the middle village, New York location. Soda is unhealthy as it is and poor quality just makes it worse.

We go to Arby's frequently because we love the food but the service lately has not been the best at our location. We live about 3 miles away, so if something is not correct, I have to drive back and of course with Covid you can't just walk in anymore you have to get in line at the drive through and wait! I've told them several times before that a French Dip is not a dip unless you remember the au jus gravy. Well, the girl had no idea what I meant by au jus. So I said Gravy! Gravy! My French Dip needs gravy! Then evidently I didn't order it as it's listed and she said "You mean the French Dip and Swiss? OMG Yes! Anyway just my 2 cents worth. #6181.

Food was great. Staff not so much. Place had numerous dirty tables and floor needed a cleaning and they were on their phones and not cleaning...#5976 Arby's. Very disappointed in staff. Where's the management?

I got the flatbread bacon brisket at the Onalaska, WI Arby's. They hype the bacon in all their ads; however, the bacon on my order was still oinking...almost raw! Arby's needs to cook the bacon thouroughly; for isn't the 'sizzle' of all their promotions?

5444 Brooklyn Blvd Minneapolis, MN 55429 location Beware this location steal from every customer as they do not put the required product in their sandwich. I have gone there 9 times since I started weighing the meat when I got home and all were short with 8 of them between 1-1.7 ounces short. The sandwich I get is suppose to have 6 oz so percentage wise and the fact that for every 5-6 sandwiches I buy they stold one sandwich. I have called spoke to the management team many times. Reported it to the corporate office and spoke to their district manager. The last time I called to complain that my supposed 6 oz sanwich only have 4.7 oz the rude manager who took my call told me maybe this is not the Arbys for you Moving forward it is not

Arby's was my favorite place to eat until I found out they removed the Potato cakes. I wont eat there again. Potato cakes are a part of Arby's. That would like removing the signature sauce. I tried Arbys fries for the first time today and nope. Not any good. Bring back the cakes.
