8–15-21 after seeing their western chicken avocado wrap on TV. It looks so delicious I tried it. I don’t know why I keep it giving Arby’s a second chance. Every new product that I’ve tried there has been awful. Their western wrap is served on pita bread that was so tough you couldn’t bite through it. I finally opened it up and just ate the ingredients out. The lettuce was e wilted .just a few pieces of chicken. Very disappointing doesn’t look anything like the TV commercial. Don’t waste your money. The only thing I enjoyed their new french fries which were delicious. Stick to your roast beef sandwiches and forget the rest. Oh yeah the malt wasn’t even good.

I used to eat lunch two or three days weekly and I was appalled when they discontinued potato cakes. I haven’t been to Arby’s since. Their sandwiches are not good enough to sacrifice potato cakes

This is the second time that Arby's did not honor my coupon. Both times were evening shift and then the next day, the manager tells me they should have honored it. 6914670217 Marcus.

I had an excellent experience at store #0117. I didn't bring enough cash and both my cards got declined. The cashier was so nice and polite and didn't make me feel bad and problem solved so that I could still get dinner!! This Arby's has improved so much in the last couple months!! Very grateful!! Definitely the best part of my day! I hope she gets a shout out about this!! Order time 6:03 on 8/5 store #0117
