This place is awful. The first time I ordered roast beef, to me I'd rather eat spam in a can.The second time my brisket sandwich 🥪 had about 2 pieces of meat, my prime rib cheese sandwich had a few pieces of shredded meat no peppers on a roll, cause they ran out of subs. horrible. Then I went back to try a Gyro, They ran out ! The only reason I gave Arby's 2 stars is because of the 1 worker I saw trying to do everything.

Beef smelled odd and au jus resembled motor oil. Curly fries burned and drink was cold and think it was supposed to be coke. AWFUL!!!

I have bought the classic beef and cheddar twice in the last month. Very disappointed. The sale price has gone up and according to one review who weighed the meat, 25% less. I could tell both times. Tasted like the bun with little meat. Will never go back to Arby’s again.

The service wasn't good. I ordered the new prime rib sandwich and it was given to me cold so cold it could be felt theu the box. Cheese wasn't melted vegetables was flavorless. When I took it back one of the servers was acting as if they didn't care On a positive note the manager did give me 6pc nuggets for free. The Prime Rib Sandwich SUCKS. JUST remnant pieces of meat and not real prime ribs slices

I just ordered a Turkey Club wrap from Arby's on Alexis in Toledo...it was by far, the WORST wrap I have ever had from a fast food...too much sauce, the wrap was hard at the ends...JUST PLAIN HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE to eat...I ended up throwing most of it away, it was too messy to eat...thumbs 👎 DOWN ..

I just tried Arby's Greek Gyro and was greatly disappointed. It was a thin slice of tomato with shaved lettuce and a skimpy layer of meat and a large wrap of bread. A few hours later I saw an Arby's commercial for Greek Gyro stuffed with meat. This was Not the sandwich I received from Arby's in Wilmington, DE. Arby's you should be ashamed.

Today I got the Fish and Chips. It was terrible! The fish tasted like greasy warmed over fish sticks and the fries were limp and pretty bad. The tarter sauce was tasteless. Don't get the fish and chips.

a lady named tamara was very rude to everyone when we ordered our food she was Smacking the computer register and when we asked for spoons for our order she just threw them on the counter she had a pink ponytail and tattoo on the back of her neck
