I am writing to give you general feedback for your Prime cheese steak. The bread takes over everything in the taste, it's extremely chewy, so it distorts the taste of the sandwich. I can't taste the meat at all, the meat seems to disappear in consumption. This is not a good sandwich. Cheese steak sandwiches is one of my favorite sandwiches and this is one of the worst sandwiches of any kind I have ever tasted. I am expressing this to you so that it may help you in the future, please get rid of the BREAD.

On west main in Kalamazoo the French fry were oil soak and burn we question them on the fry and they said they been like that all day. I don’t know old oil or temp running to high. Anyway I throw them away because they were that bad. This is the place I like to eat but after that I don’t know if I want to go back

Ordered a classic beef & cheddar meal deal. When I got the sandwich it didn't have any cheese on it. Went back to the counter and asked for more cheese, I was immediately told that it would be another $1 and change, the young lady didn't even look at it, nor did she really care that I didn't have any cheese. VERY UNSATISFIED! Restaurant 8230, 22 Aug 22, Order ID AACBLKZLACBC.

Walked in cashier doodling on paper never even looked up til manager ask if she waited on me so got my order and of course no turnovers and my sandwich looked like they cut my beef with knife in chunks instead of sliced I guess because it was 8:30 so I guess they cleaned already even though they close at 10:00 pathetic place won’t be back and yes I have a pic of my sandwich if you don’t believe it

We recently got the new fish at Arby's. The fish taste good but the pieces are the size of fish sticks, very small for the cost. Three pieces for $4.29 and 5 pieces for $5.99. That is fish only. Good for a kids meal. You would be better off going to Walmart and buying a couple of boxes of fish for about the same cost and then you would have a meal or go to Long John silver's, the fish is 3 times the size. Their ads are very deceiving and very disappointing. Would not buy them again. We did not even get any tarter sauce even after asking for some.

I tried the new fish basket. It was served in a Styrofoam box with the fish placed on top of the Luke warm fries which caused the fish and the fries to become mushy. I had to take it home and reheat the meal in my air fryer, it came out much better but I would not get it again.

RATINGS = Fish Basket - is a No, No, Baby Fish sticks is what that was and it had about 12-French Fries. Literally, my Husband said Where's the food!!!! :-( "NO STARS FROM THIS CUSTOMER" = 0

Very disappointed on how much Arby's food has changed. My Roast Beef sandwich was cold & the cheese sticks were horrible. Why did you change them????. Not sure if i will go back. I will deeply miss you Arby's
