Highly recommend the team at The Rapacke Law Group. They were so helpful in navigating the entire patent process and were so great to work with! So responsive and such quick turnarounds. Looking forward to working with them again in the future.

I highly recommend working with Andrew and his team. They respond quickly and get right to work. I’m very satisfied with the work they put in to get my design patent rolling. The whole process is exciting and they made my experience easy and effortless.

Great people to work with, and really happy how the documents came out!

RAPACKE patent law office I have more than 30 years experience with invent and register patent worldwide and from all type. I'm not sure about their professionality and technical knowledge, but be CAREFULE from their chargers, since they change their quotation even after they got already the agreed payment ! On another notes, I got an email which intended to other RAPACKE customer includes, his idea and his quotation !!! Their response was: "Mistakes happens...) NOT recommend at all

I worked both with Andrew and Ben on a very critical litigation for our business. They are extremely informative every step of the way and that allowed us to make the correct decisions for our business. We appreciated their dedication and their ability to always pick up the phone and work through the process with us. We have decided to continue working with them and do our brand registry with this great law firm. Strongly recommend for any case that's important to your business!

I contacted The Rapacke Law Group after an initial patent was filed on my behalf through another office. After being nickeled and dimed every time I contacted the former office, I knew I needed a new practice to file my non-final office action. Andrew has been completely transparent with pricing, and the process to file an amendment for my patent has been very smooth. I'd highly recommend!

We recently hired Rapacke Law Group to assist us through the process of filing a complicated patent. They were extremely knowledgeable and set clear expectations of costs and timing. They quoted us one flat rate and honored that rate-- no surprises and reasonable compared to past filing experiences. It was a pleasure to work with Andrew Rapacke and Benjamin Bedrava. I would absolutely recommend the Rapacke Law Group!
