Dear Nancy, I'm sorry to hear that you're disappointed with your experience. Providing excellent client service has always been our top priority and we're truly sorry you aren't 100% satisfied. When onboarding new clients we always utilize the information provided by the client for ongoing correspondence and do so until we are informed of a change of address or contact information. Since we were not informed of an address change, we utilized what we have on file as part of our standard operating procedure. In the future I would ask that you please keep us apprised of any new address changes so that we can ensure we don't send any mail to an old address on record. We appreciate your feedback and are committed to the continued improvement of our service and will utilize your feedback to do so.
