Guided me through the process, and we ultimately succeeded in securing the software patent. Prior to Rapacke I had tried 3 recommendations of an IP attorney colleague outside software; 1 had conflict of interest, 1 could not send me relevant patents that had secured, 1 did not respond. Andrew was prompt in responses and reasonable in meeting my needs. I was taking a risk that few should take to self-fund a patent.
